    Well-equipped and a nice size rooms with a great view over the neighborhood, a chest of drawers on top, the bedroom, enjoyable stay! The breakfast was cheap and savoury and the service was impeccable...

    Room was spacious and impeccably clean, with helpful staff assisting with luggage transportation. Breakfast offered a decent variety, though nothing extravagant. Proximity to public transport enabled convenient access to the city center.

    The hotel was luxury and ideal, greatly enjoyed street view from our double room. Not expensive breakfast and the staff was helpful. Location: the property was really close to jams, the Main Train Station, and exhibition, amusement park and good walking in woodland. There was Restaurace na Melniku, located nearby, where we relaxed.

    Quiet place, neer to the tram and metro station.

    The real rooms and especially bathroom didn´t look like on the pictures of hotel web site. Bathroom was terrible and for warm water we had to wait over 10 minutes!

    rude staff
    boiling shower

    I was almost ready to give a good review, but the shower turned boiling hot after seconds, it was an absoluteley terrifying experience. The rude staff acted weirdly when I asked for a kettle, as if it was a five-star request. I am still in shock that there was no room upgrade offered!

    It had a marvellous location adjacent to an interesting forty minutes' walk away from the Old Town and Castle, Old town and Wenceslas square. Central heating, a multi-channel TV, and a seating area in our quintuple room were useful during stay.

    The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center. It also has a decent range of breakfast options to kick-start your day, though nothing overly fancy.

    Rooms lack basic amenities like fridges and mirrors, and many guests reported inadequate cleaning , with some suggesting the rooms were only cleaned once a week. The beds are described as thin and uncomfortable, leading to restless nights. Soundproofing inside the hotel leaves much to be desired, with hallway noise clearly audible. On the practical side, some guests faced challenges with room keys not working as expected, and the luggage storage policy is fairly inflexible, meaning you may have to rush back to the hotel to collect your bags before your flight.

    Convenient access to public transportation, value-based pricing, close proximity to parks and recreational areas

    Improve cleaning services!!! It's frustrating when rooms aren't cleaned adequately and basic amenities like mirrors or fridges are missing!!! Address the soundproofing issues too for a more peaceful stay!!!

    A convenient base for exploring

    The hotel was a good base for our family trip, positioned just a short stroll from public transport. The staff's kindness and early check-in made settling in easy.

    The internet connection faltered , frustrating. The breakfast selection was limited, leaving us seeking options elsewhere after a few days.

    public skating

    Had a blast with friends visiting the Royal Route and exploring the Mirror Maze. The staff was super helpful with tips on local attractions and tours. Enjoyed the public skating at the Small Sports Hall too. The breakfast was good, and the rooms were spacious enough for us.

    I recommend taking the stairs instead.
